About Alyssa

I am a student going for B.S. in Psychology and Sociology with an emphasis in health. I am also going for my Doctorates degree with SUU. I am not a clinician or someone who is going to tell you to medicate yourself or diet. I am a passionate and active listener who will take YOUR concerns and priorities, and through first, education and second, plan making, give you an opportunity to decide what is best for you. I will guide you in the process, and answer your questions. This is your gateway to potential success.

About the lesson

Health Psychology is all about perception. You will learn why that is and has been proven psychologically and biologically, and how to affect it. These classes will give you a new perspective to see your life from and provide hope and inspiration to make a difference. These lessons will give yourself a place to start and give you the opportunity to soar and kickstart your wellbeing on a multidimensional level.
