I am a university student! It all started when I was told I was over weight and needed to loose some! I then became very interested in health and nutrition which is what I have finished studying!

My teaching method is everything is a positive! I structure things as
A) we look at the question and make a brainstorm of what we know and need to learn more about the answer the question
B) draft out the answer check through it and then
C) write the finishing product
