Mr. Arman Hakemi is an amazing chess teacher. He’s always on time and explains things in a way that actually makes sense, so I never feel lost. He’s really kind and patient, which makes a big difference especially when you’re learning something as tricky as chess! Since I started learning from him (6 months ago) , I feel way more confident when I play. He even gives us books to read on our own, which shows how much he cares about helping us improve. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to get better at chess!!

He is a wonderful teacher! It is evident that he has been playing since his youth and has mastered the art of the game. He makes learning fun; he knows what a person needs to work on and creates the perfect challenges for them. We've been working with each other for about 2 months, and now I've been much better than I was back then. I've grown a lot in each phase of the game (opening, middle game, endgame) and now, I'm capable of easily beating 1700 FIDE players. I strongly recommend him to anyone who's interested in acquiring chess expertise.
