I am Tarun Negi, and I live in Canada. I do bodybuilding for passion and career. Also, I am a National Canadian athlete. I give solo training 1v1 sessions and online training and monitor my clients 24-7. Here to help reach your goal

Whether it's nutrition, workout plan or else. I track progress on a weekly basis. Also, I have my certification from the American Sports and Fitness Association. As I do bodybuilding and love this sport, on my journey to help others to lose weight, gain muscle, strength conditioning, etc.
