I am 43 years old and many of them have been dedicated to working with people with a wide range of populations, such as pregnant women, hypertensive people, diabetics, obese people, post surgery. Anyway, I have a lot of experience accumulated over all these years working in this area.

The focus of my classes is the clients' objectives, whether you want to gain muscle mass, gain health, recover from surgery, lose weight, in short, all the client's objectives are respected. Through an initial physical assessment we can identify your main physical problems and through anamnesis we can identify all your goals and possible health problems.
