About Jackson

I recently earned my Bachelor's degree in English from UCLA with departmental honors. I was formally a member of the men’s water polo team there as well. I’m currently employed as a Legal Assistant in Los Angeles, CA and am in the process of applying to law schools. Back in 2018, I received a 31 on my ACT and graduated from High School with academic and athletic honors. Since then, I have developed an even stronger foundation in both my academic and professional abilities. I am confident that I will be able to help you achieve your academic goals and look forward to working with you.

About the lesson

My teaching method is to interact with students by focusing on developing a strong foundation in academic, professional, and/or creative writing. I will collaborate with you one-on-one to teach you how to write successful academic papers and improve your writing skills. I plan on creating an engaging environment by incorporating entertaining activities that will make the concepts I am discussing in our sessions stick. As a student, I have learned that this approach helps one grasp the concepts best.
