In my lessons I would like to count the individual needs and skill levels of my students. I would begin by conducting a needs assessment to identify the areas where the student needs the most help and the learning style that would work best for them. Based on the results of the assessment, I would design a customized lesson plan that would help the student achieve their goals.
The main is practice. We apply their knowledge and build real-world applications. and I would provide feedback and guidance at every step of the way.
