I’m not just someone who enjoys working with children — it’s been a part of me since I was young. I started by babysitting in Queens, NY, turning it into more than just a side job. I naturally found myself teaching children how to express themselves, be more vocal, and use their words with confidence. That’s when I realized: this isn’t just something I’m good at — it’s something I was made for. My journey then led me to the U.S. Navy, where I learned structure, discipline, and patience — qualities that go hand-in-hand with teaching and mentoring. The Navy taught me how to lead and serve, but my passion for helping children stayed with me. That’s why I’m now pursuing degrees in both Psychology and Criminal Justice — because I want to understand young minds deeper, help guide them, and protect their future. I’m patient, observant, and fully invested in every child I work with. I meet them where they are, help them feel safe to speak and grow, and celebrate their progress — no matter how small. I believe that teaching is more than delivering information — it’s about connection, trust, and understanding how to pull the best out of someone. If you’re looking for someone who not only teaches but cares deeply about your child’s voice, growth, and confidence, then I’d love to be that person.
