About Nizhar
Hi, I’m a freelance personal trainer based in Coimbatore. I help women build strength, move pain-free, and improve their overall fitness.
I provide personalized in-person training along with simple nutrition guidance based on your goals and lifestyle.
I currently coach women in person, and I’ve helped 5 women move from pain and limitations to better strength and movement.
My approach is simple: no extreme workouts or complicated diets. I focus on safe, practical training that you can follow consistently.
Whether your goal is to lose fat, get stronger, improve movement, or feel more confident in your body, I’ll guide you step by step.
