About Mekayla
I am Mekayla Gounder. I have recently matriculated last year . I would describe myself as an energetic and free-spirited 22 year old. I am currently a final year law student .
I have always been known as a nerd , because I’ve had my head buried in books throughout my whole schooling career . Afrikaans was my absolute favourite subject and rest assured I always got an A in it . Throughout my years of studying Afrikaans I’ve learnt and discovered my own methods and ways of learning and getting good grades in the language. I want to impart this same knowledge onto other kids and see them progress and do well in it too.

My lessons are not like any ordinary Afrikaans class . We learn while having fun .I help learners master the basics of the subject in ways that will help them remember all the rules . I show them how to improve their vocabulary and introduce effective study tips and methods.
