About Usha
I’ve been conducting sessions for more than two years. People attending these sessions have been healed from unexplained pains, gained clarity in making decisions, have solved their stuck-up life situations, overcome long-standing relationship issues, anger, anxieties, etc. The meditation techniques I recommend are some of the most efficient ways to lead a happy stress-free and cheerful life.
Apart from healing I take daily sessions in Yoga-asanas and Pranayama. These help in keeping one in top shape - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually!
