About Ashleigh
I am a dancer and have been on this journey for most of my life. Sometimes getting it right and others just getting it totally wrong - both bulimia and being overweight. This stopped when I decided that only I had the ability to care for myself and love myself thoroughly- this changed everything and has brought me to a place where I am learning to love me more and treat myself with kindness and the way I deserve! That's what health really is.

Well, we would sit together and set a goal for you to achieve. Then work out an eating and exercise plan, also in combination with Herbal Life products. We will also discuss any other factors that may be contributing to your weight gain or longing to be healthy - it's about the holistic view and this a road we will take together!
