About the lesson

Firstly, I will assess at what level are you in your fitness journey.
Then customized training plan will be maid according to every individuals body type, eating habit and metabolism.
There would be 5 sessions in a week which 3 days would be strength training and 2 days would cardio and HIIT workout.
