About Coach TJ

My coaching focuses on you as the most important person in the pool. My interest is to help you remain safe, progress in your swimming and have fun while doing so. Swimming is an art. It must be respected and the whole pool experience requires vigilance and awareness at all times.

About the lesson

My swim teaching lessons are focused on the individual's needs whether learning to swim, improving form or speed in a specific stroke. I tailor my sessions for the needs of the swimmer and their required and desired progressions. The lessons include open dialogue and water safety first and foremost.
