About Fay
As a native German speaker with a professional background, I bring both language expertise and real-world experience to my lessons. I worked as a social insurance clerk in Germany — a role where accuracy, professionalism, and excellent communication are essential every day. This means I don’t just speak German fluently; I know how to use it correctly in both casual and formal (including business) settings. I take my role as a tutor seriously. I am: Professional — I am well-prepared for every lesson, communicate clearly, and respect your time. Reliable — You can count on me to show up consistently, be punctual, and stay committed to your learning journey. Patient & Supportive — I understand that learning a new language can feel challenging, and I’m here to encourage you every step of the way. Flexible — I adapt lessons to your personal goals, pace, and schedule so you get exactly what you need. Experienced — With both formal schooling and professional work experience in German, I bring legitimate, real-world knowledge into my teaching. My goal is to create a safe, motivating space where you feel confident to make mistakes, ask questions, and keep improving. Whether you need everyday German or advanced Business German, I am here to guide you with professionalism and care.

That Is how I would do it: 1. Beginner German (A1–A2) 2. Intermediate German (B1–B2) 3. Advanced German (C1–C2) 4. Business German (formal communication, emails, presentations) 5. German conversation practice 6. Tailored lessons to fit your personal or professional goals Sample Learning Plan My lessons are structured but flexible, depending on your needs. Here’s an example plan for a student: 1. Vocabulary Building – Focus on everyday words, useful phrases, and topic-based word groups (e.g., shopping, travel, business) – Use flashcards, repetition, and practical exercises 2. Grammar Basics – Learn key grammar points step by step (articles, cases, verb conjugation) – Apply grammar in short exercises and real-life examples 3. Speaking Practice – Conversational exercises for fluency – Role-plays (e.g., ordering in a restaurant, introducing yourself in a business setting) 4. Listening & Reading – Listen to short dialogues or watch simple videos – Read short texts, articles, or emails 5. Writing Practice – Practice writing sentences, short paragraphs, or emails (including formal business emails if needed) – Learn useful expressions for written communication 6. Business German (if requested) – Practice formal greetings and polite forms – Learn to write professional emails and reports
