About Sophie

I have owned my own business ever since I left school and I haven’t looked back. I was still yearning for something when I realised my purpose. To help other people. I am so grateful everyday to be able to say I have the best job in the world. Let me help you wake up with the same excitement for your day.

About the lesson

I coach mostly online through Skype/Zoom.
Don’t worry for those of you who are camera shy, I can also coach through messaging as I’ve found many people prefer this and find it easier to write everything down.
I offer 30/60 minute sessions.
I also offer courses, e-books and workbooks.
Don’t hesitate to message me about these and I’ll reply ASAP.
