About Natalie
My name is Natalie Rosen. I am a personal trainer. I have a diploma in exercise science through the HFPA who are internationally recognised. I started my own gym called NRG4LIFE in 2015. I love helping people achieve their goals and become their best selves. When my clients / students are happy that makes me happy. I love teaching. I used to lecture psychology. I love working with people and connecting with people.
