About Timothy
I have played sport all throughout my life and I have always been trained by the best high performance coaches in South Africa and obtained provincial and national colours for my sport. Practically, I feel that I have the necessary knowledge and I train my own athletes with their own specialised high performance programmes.
I am currently doing my Master's in Performance Coaching at Setanta College.

It is also my duty as a tutor and coach to ensure that my students remain humble and and are aware of their strengths.
