About Kelsey
I'm reliable, punctual, and love what I teach.
I'm a graduate of California State University Northridge with a degree in Deaf Studies. I also hold a teaching credential for ASL. I have 3 years of experience teaching ASL in high schools, as well as tutoring high school and college students both in person and on Zoom.

I love sharing my knowledge of American Sign Language and Deaf culture. I use fun, hands-on methods for language recall, including Beanie Babies, Uno, charades, and Jeopardy.
A typical lesson will include homework review (if needed) and conversation practice, sentence/question stems, and vocabulary & fingerspelling practice.
