About Ameerah
As stated previously, I am studying Literary studies so I have an expertise on languages and that includes English which is a subject that I excel at. During my high school years, I had done volunteer work at a local government daycare for over 4 years so I have some experience in dealing with kids. I had provided extra support to the daycare teacher, supervised the children, assisted the children during an emotional meltdown which helped me develop patience as that is what is needed when dealing with children, especially when helping them learn a subject. I also helped them learn useful life skills such as cleaning up after themselves and communicating with their pears.

Hello! I am a high school graduate who is now studying Literary Studies in Cegep. I am currently taking some time off due to health concerns and will be resuming my studies as of Fall 2022. During this free time that I now have, I would like to offer my help to students struggling with English, especially to children of immigrants (I am one myself) because learning a different language to that of their mother tongue may be a bit challenging for them. I would like to help them overcome whatever difficulties that they are facing with an easy and fast learning methodology prepared for them.
