About Ben
I am a current 2nd year university student who studies Accounting and Taxation my hobbies outside of uni include investing, keeping up in politics, looking into ideas to prolong my health, and also geting outdoors and enjoying nature, in the future I want to get out my comfort zone by tutoring , being more of a freelance tutor / life coach as I like to help people work towards their goals, I am a realist.

Im very geared in terms of the way I approach my training, I treat it as a benefit to my health, but I also view it as a way to excel in my chosen sports, I have a basic enough understanding around sports performance, nutrition etc, I am willing to tutor the basics to any high school student writing a report, or any newby into the gym because I feel through my experience of training etc I would be able to help people through basic core fundamentals by not overcomplicating things.
