About Khanyisa
I am a Mobile Application and Web Development graduate currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology in Business Systems. Although my academic background is in technology, strong English communication is an important part of my studies and professional development. My work regularly involves writing assignments, reports, presentations and technical documentation.
I am patient, organised and approachable, and I enjoy helping people understand concepts that may initially seem difficult. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and are given the opportunity to practise without feeling judged.
I am able to teach primarily in English and can also communicate in Tsonga, Zulu and Tswana when additional explanation would help a learner understand a concept more comfortably.

My English lessons are relaxed, supportive and adapted to each student's individual level, goals and learning pace. I can assist with reading, spelling, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing and conversational English.
A typical lesson begins by identifying the areas the student would like to improve. We then work through clear explanations, examples and practical activities before giving the student an opportunity to practise independently. Depending on the lesson, this may include reading passages, correcting sentences, practising grammar, building vocabulary, improving written work or having guided English conversations.
My lessons are especially suitable for beginners, school learners, students and anyone who would like to improve their confidence when communicating in English. My aim is not simply to correct mistakes, but to help students understand why something is correct so that they can apply what they have learnt independently in the future.
