About Sarah
I am an experienced teacher but also a passionate linguist who believes everyone should have the opportunity to learn. I have many years of teaching in secondary schools under my belt and I know that learning a language can be a real challenge, feel daunting and push you outside of your comfort zone. For this reason my lessons are always relaxed, informal and I foster an atmosphere where making mistakes is ok! I truly believe that mistakes are the way we learn. I am supportive, patient and understanding and I find this approach inspires confidence in learners and they always enjoy their sessions and leave with a real sense of achievement.

Lessons for anyone who wants to learn! GCSE students, preparing for exams, adult learners, beginners. All welcome. I am an experienced private tutor who has worked in secondary schools as a teacher and also as a private tutor for several years. I specialise in GCSE and A Level preparation. Sessions are diagnostic and offer a tailor-made experience for the learner based on needs and areas they wish to improve. For exam students, I offer a wide range of past papers from the most popular exam boards to help build confidence and experience in all aspects of assessment. Lessons are 1 hour long.

Deadly! There are so many Spanish tutors to choose from online. We consider ourselves very lucky to have come across Sarah. She has been excellent from our very first contact and my daughter is now really enjoying learning Spanish.
