My technique is quite casual and conversational. I like to use real-life examples and show you how to put theory into practice.
A typical session length ranges from 30-60 minutes
My qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Bachelor of Exercise Science
- Post-graduate in diabetes education and management
- TAE40116 - Trainer and Assessor for the fitness industry
- Certificate 3+4 in Fitness
I am currently undertaking my Master in Medical Research, specializing in combined lipid lowering and weight loss drugs.
I have supervised students undertaking their under-graduate degrees. I have mentored newly graduated dietitians as well.
I have taught students the courses for group fitness instruction and personal training (Cert 3+4 in Fitness)
My lessons are more university or TAFE level students (must be >18yrs of age).
