About Rhett
I bring 10 years of ESL teaching experience, working with High School and College students and helping around 150–200 learners improve their English proficiency. My teaching philosophy is based on adaptability, encouragement, and continuous learning. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching methods to match their needs and pace.
I use interactive techniques such as conversations, role plays, and real-life scenarios to make lessons engaging and practical. I also focus on providing clear guidance and regular feedback to ensure steady improvement.
One of my key achievements is helping students become confident in communication and perform better academically. I am dedicated to creating a positive learning experience for every student.

I focus on developing critical thinking by encouraging students to express their thoughts and ideas clearly. This helps them not only learn English but also improve their communication and reasoning skills.
As a mentor, I guide my students with patience and understanding. I adapt my teaching methods based on each student’s learning style and pace. I create a positive environment where students feel safe to ask questions and learn from their mistakes.
Accountability is an important part of my teaching. I set clear goals and help students stay focused and disciplined. I regularly review their progress and provide feedback to help them improve continuously.
In addition to ESL, I also teach relevant subjects to support overall learning. My goal is to help students become confident speakers, strong thinkers, and independent learners.
