About Anne

I am a humble, driven business sales educational coach, with a visionary strategy of solving problems for clients and infesting personal growth along the way to reaching business goals. I have managed international entities and acquired skills in various industries to look backwards in the spiral of "How to get there...", and "Why me..." - Of course, YOU - If you had transcend to a decade from here and look back at your personal attributes, having contributed to society, what would you want to see... A life of leadership skills learnt every day, of loving everyone that crosses your path with empathy and encouragement, your role having been that of tuition, enlightenment, exhortation of the individual, seeing results in their personal development and experiencing immeasurable joy as you gaze upon your hard work, now their aspirations turned to pristine victories...
In my personal career I have transitioned small enterprises to reputable exporting brands, driven projects, managed staff including financiers, marketers and many a driven agent.
I commenced studies in teaching, took business courses in management and excelled in business management training. I closed various national deals with Blue Chip companies and have always had a soft spot for people, teenagers from all walks of life. I have been involved in Health, Beauty, Pharmaceutical, Tracking, Retail, FMCG, DSA, mining and other fields of commerce. The first position of my corporate career was with a tertiary institution and after a decade with the heavier industrial entities, my last position was with a tertiary institution again. I have written training manuals for retailers, medical staff and business managers on Advanced sales techniques, Customer management, Emotional Intelligence (without which IQ resorts to half your success), Nutritional Health and Beauty. My motto: Something worth doing is worth doing well... My foundation in personal- and workplace skills, is laid upon honesty, authenticity, results within the shortest period of time and excellence in relationships all the way to success...

About the lesson

I study my theory intensely, plan the learning strategy immensely, research the educational domain sincerely and end the session with a game to remember, understand, apply, analyze, evaluate, create
Skill, performance, comprehension, cognitive learning, declarative-/procedural-/strategic knowledge to reach effective learning outcomes/beliefs regarding the subject matter/object and or activity
I believe in the prior-recognized-learning assessment of competencies, sensibilities, capabilities and capacity, goal setting, I.T infrastructure. I try influence by the pedagogical approach, didactic instruction, case study, web-quest discovery learning and activity assignment to reach the educational goals, in alignment with the prescribed curriculum and course scoping within an environment of active, student-engagement and fun. I encourage critical thinking, personal opinions, creativity, independent learning, collaborative team engagement, group discussions, student-centered, real-world relevant classes to stimulate positive identity and ongoing learning.
