About Rachel

My name is Rachel and I have been tutoring students for the past two years. I have found my passion in creating teaching styles that are unique and based on the students needs. I create a positive environment where students feel safe to bring up their learning issues and can truly get the help they need. I have worked with special needs students, students with learning disabilities, and even those who just need some extra help. I believe that every student that is struggling with school deserves someone who can help them succeed and find what kind of learning works best for them. I look forward to working with you!

About the lesson

Skilled with patience and unique teaching styles to support middle school and high school students who have learning disabilities. Typical lesson plans consist of reviewing work that is done in class, help dissect content that is difficult to understand, and ultimately create a teaching style that works for each individual student. Positive attitude and encourages students to help build up their knowledge and confidence in school.
