About Cailee
I'm a passionate hip hop dance instructor with extensive experience as both a performer and choreographer. Throughout my career, I've performed as a backup dancer for local artists, appeared in live stage productions and shows, and entertained audiences at theme parks, giving me a strong understanding of both performance and professional dance environments.
Beyond performing, I've dedicated my career to developing the next generation of dancers. I've directed and choreographed youth dance teams, helping dancers build strong technical foundations, confidence, teamwork, and stage presence. I believe dance should be both disciplined and enjoyable, creating an environment where students feel challenged, supported, and inspired to grow.
I also have experience managing dance competitions, coordinating events, and working closely with dancers, coaches, and families to create positive and memorable experiences. These leadership roles have strengthened my organizational skills and deepened my understanding of what it takes to help dancers succeed both on and off the stage.
Whether you're taking your first hip hop class, looking to improve your technique, preparing for performances or auditions, or simply wanting to dance for fun and fitness, I tailor every lesson to your individual goals. My aim is to help every student

My Teaching Method & Techniques
My teaching style is energetic, supportive, and tailored to each student's goals. I focus on building strong foundations in hip hop technique while encouraging creativity, confidence, and self-expression. I break down movements into easy-to-follow steps, helping students understand musicality, timing, grooves, and performance quality. Whether you're learning for fun, preparing for auditions, or developing your freestyle skills, every lesson is adapted to your pace and experience.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson is designed to be engaging and progressive, and typically includes:
Warm-up and mobility exercises to prepare the body
Groove and technique drills to develop rhythm, coordination, and control
Learning choreography step-by-step
Performance coaching, including expression, stage presence, and confidence
Freestyle exercises or dance games to encourage creativity
Cool-down and feedback, with tips for practice between lessons
Lessons are structured to ensure steady improvement while keeping the experience fun and motivating.
What Sets Me Apart
