About Kimberly
I have taught history and humanities for 12 years at a local university. I hold a Master of Arts in History, a Master of Library and Information Science, I also have two Bachelor's degrees, one in History and Anthropology and one in Anthropology and Classical Studies. My favorite history is ancient and my favorite civilizations are Egypt, Greece, Rome, and Roman Britain. I love ancient cultures and as a librarian, I love books in general. Researching is my favorite activity besides teaching.

I am an understanding professor that knows school is not all you have in your life. It is my job to understand you as a whole person and therefore teach you as a whole person. A typical lesson would be on the topic you need assistance with including background information on the topic, specifics about topic depending on need, discussion of topic, time for questions and next assignment. Example: My World Civilization class period would consist of 1: Housekeeping (things coming due, things you need to be doing, dates, etc.) Lecture: Egypt, I would cover dates, archaeology, culture, religion, literature for this civilization. Study guides provided for tests.
The example lessons would be for a college level student, usually freshman/sophomore.
