About Donald
I am based in Glasgow, I have 4 years of experience in Tutoring, mainly higher education learners, with a 6-month temporary experience of teaching primary and secondary age groups at the Culloden Battlefield Visitor Centre in a record-breaking year.
I have aided learners in Historical understanding both Scottish and World History, General Knowledge, I.T. Skills, Intermediate Maths & English and Essay Writing.

Dependant on the class size and ability of the individual, I range from outdoor learning to specifically targeting exam criteria and curriculum for excellence framework. In general, I take a learner-centred approach but can accommodate low tech information and high tech material. My long term teaching centres around improving individuals learning approach and developing their own research and recording ability.

Excellent! Donald was a gem of a find who tailored sessions for my daughter at the last minute when she needed urgent help with her Nat 5 History exam format. His tutoring sessions equipped her with the skills and confidence she needed to complete the exam to the best of her ability.
