About Eric
Originally a doctoral candidate in art history, I signed on to teach a course at an independent school. I fell in love with the energy and curiosity of the high school age group and never looked back. I have taught in Los Angeles for the past 20 years.

My teaching approach is based on the needs of my particular students. I have employed everything from direct, lecture-style instruction to project based learning. I seek not only to help my students learn the material, but to find the beauty that is inherent in it.
