About Aisling Rose
I am a final-year Biomedical Science undergraduate, studying at the University of Galway. My head chose STEM for university study, but my heart has always been with history! I have continued my history learning outside of academia, through podcasts, museum and site visits, and documentaries.
I love to teach, it is my dream to become a lecturer one day. My approach could be described as "direct, encouraging, and productive". I want students to enjoy learning, not dread our weekly session for fear of being bored or scolded.

• Use of flashcards for active recall learning of specific historical dates.
• Sample H1 essays provided for LC History, not for rote-learning but for understanding of proper essay-writing technique.
• Practice essays given with correction.
• Assistance given with History LC Project, from a former H1 project student.
