About Brianne
I am a history student in the final semester of my undergraduate program. My undergraduate studies have given me proficient skills in writing, research, and analysis of history from many avenues. I completed a year-long internship at a local archive, where my understanding of the importance of history was deepened. Above all, I am an educator with a passion for getting other kids excited to learn about the history that formed our world into what it is today.

My teaching method involves the student learning about history in an engaging way that feels like storytelling. Giving students the ability to understand history from social, cultural, political, and geographical perspectives is my passion. While some tutors give droning lectures and emphasize learning names and dates, I give students skills to make their own connections and form their own conclusions. My services are anchored to middle and high school, but can expand to elementary level.
