About Roni
As previously mentioned I am studying at Ivy Tech for a year, hoping to transfer within a year and I intend to keep on pursuing my goal as an aspiring educator. With the experience that I gained from my senior internship, I feel confident in helping students and enjoy helping them, while building positive relationships, and establishing an environment where they feel confident in the best of their abilities. My main goal is to become an educator who's able to help students, while encouraging them to reach their full potential.

I currently do not have any sort of lesson plans, because I am also trying to balance my classes at Ivy Tech. Interning at Summit Elementary School I helped students individually, and within small groups. Many tasks I would complete as a cadet teacher include: reading, writing, translating words, as well as grading student classwork. I already have experience working with students, making sure they understand the Spanish, and have experienced what it's like within a bilingual classroom. During my time in high school I would also help out my classmates by explaining the classroom criteria, walking them through on projects, studying for tests and finals, as well as writing complex essays in Spanish.
