About Toshka
I have been an ESL tutor for 2 years going onto my 3rd, although i have my Human resources Qualification, I love teaching as it allows me to meet and engage with new students.
I have taught groups up to 10+ in an online classroom setting, ensuring that each student is allowed a fair chance to speak.
I enjoy asking questions and students opinions (based on the work) throughout the lessons, as I encourage students to do the same.
My ultimate goal is to ensure students feel comfortable and relaxed at all times in the class, and to be able to walk more confidently away from each lesson.

My lessons are tailored to suit the needs and focus areas or students. I aim always include enough reading, listening, speaking and writing examples in my lessons. Work that is not completed in the duration of the lesson, would usually become homework, for the next lesson,
Implementing this strategy ensures me that students have grasped the lesson materials.
My teaching methodology entails:
* Show-and-Tell: Give examples, deliberate examples and explain examples
* Model the Behavior: Go through the example with the learner, ensuring understanding
* Reinforcement: Give practice exercises in order to reinforce key points
