About Brontë
I am a humanities student currently studying in my second year at Queen’s University in Kingston, ON! I graduated from a Toronto high school with a 92% average, with an overall average of 92% in all 4 years of Academic English. This is where I spent all of my time correcting, peer-editing, helping and tutoring Academic English, and I continue this pursuit today! I currently study all sorts of things, such as linguistics, sociology, cultures and languages.

I prefer to approach teaching with an adaptable structure and an open mind. I tutor with the utmost patience, and am completely understanding and flexible with any/all situations. As a person with immense organizational skills, structuring my lessons is of great importance. I like to tackle issues one by one and follow the pace of my tutee to thoroughly accomplish learning goals set at the beginning of our sessions. I do not feel satisfied with my own teaching until my student feels satisfied with their own learning. I tailor each lesson to the individual student and their needs.
