About Xueyan
I hold an ICA International Chinese Language Certificate. My principle is student-centered, using a flipped classroom approach to guide students to take ownership of their learning. My teaching style is relaxed and enjoyable, yet rigorous and serious. In class, I will test your Chinese level, providing you with the most authentic Chinese lesson, and encouraging students to learn Chinese happily together!

I hold an ICA International Chinese Language Teacher Certificate. My classes utilize immersion teaching methods, TPR (Total Physical Response) methods, interactive learning methods, and a combination of lectures and practice. Please book a trial lesson according to my schedule. My classes are relaxed and enjoyable. If you are a complete beginner in Chinese, I will teach you the most basic everyday phrases and pinyin, so you can greet others in Chinese from your very first lesson.
