About Robyn
I am a native English speaker from South Africa, who has recently relocated to New Zealand. As an English enthusiast, I am in my final year of completing a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in this subject.
My passion lies in teaching, more specifically, teaching English to those who need assistance in achieving their English language goals.

Hi, I’m Robyn, and I’m proud to be a teacher at Superprof.
With a TEFL certificate, a perfect score of 9 in the IELTS
speaking exam, and an overall score of 8.5, I have been teaching English and helping student prepare for their upcoming exams for around 2 years.
What sets me apart is my commitment to results – 80% of my
students have improved by at least 1 to 1.5 bands in IELTS.
My teaching philosophy revolves around practice, confidence,
and tailored lessons. I believe that consistent practice and
building confidence are key to mastering English speaking skills.
However, I understand that every student learns at their own
pace, so I customize my lessons to meet their individual needs
and standards.
