About Nipen

I am Nipen from Jamnagar, Gujarat, where I completed my schooling. I had the opportunity to receive professional cricket coaching and represented my district at the Under-16 level. I pursued my BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar, where I was also a member of the college cricket team.

I later completed my MTech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Bombay. During my time at IIT Bombay, I actively participated in sports such as cricket, badminton, and table tennis. I also took part in a fitness challenge and completed 952 consecutive skips in a single attempt.

Beyond academics and team sports, I have a strong passion for fitness, endurance, and adventure. I am a half-marathon finisher (21 km) and have undertaken several challenging and adventurous treks around Pune. I also successfully summited Pangarchula Peak at 15,069 ft. In addition, I secured 5th place in my age category at the Bergman Olympic Duathlon, completing a demanding 10 km run, 40 km cycling, and 5 km run.

About the lesson

The class will be tailored to each individual’s personal goals—whether it’s learning to skip, losing weight, building muscle, improving strength, preparing for a marathon, or training for high-altitude treks. The focus will go beyond physical training, incorporating mental preparation, nutrition, and diet to help participants build a sustainable and holistic approach toward achieving their fitness goals.
