Improve your Essays with advice from an Experienced Marker and Oxford Graduate

Deadly! Good communication, easy to understand. After the session I feel much more confident on improving my writing.

Deadly! Genuinely incredible. I’ve only had two lessons so far however I have felt more listened too and helped than my A-Level teacher has done in the last year and a bit. Clearly diagnoses areas of improvement on my essay writing and provides achievable booster ideas with exact examples and ways to implement them, whether structural or more specific. Very friendly and informative, Fionn clearly knows how to teach on an individual level, and takes the time out of lesson to read your separate work to ensure the techniques he provides are catered to be exactly as required. His communication also makes it easy to make efficient notes and annotations, which I find extremely useful. I’ve already recommended him to one of my friends so I would definitely recommend to anyone who feels they need some help on essay writing in any of the subjects Fionn specialises in.

Deadly! Knowledgeable and effective. Communicates ideas, concepts and essay writing strategies very well.

Deadly! Fionn helped my daughter with a interview to an independent school. He was very friendly and methodical, and she was much more confident after her sessions with him.

Deadly! Really helpful! Have really benefited from the 2 classes I've done with him. I would highly recommend :)

Deadly! Classes with Fionn has been very good. He is patient and great at identifying issues and providing constructive comments to assist with improving my overall essay technique.

Deadly! Very experienced, patient tutor.

Deadly! I had the first free hour with Fionn, honestly I can't emphasise how much this first lesson helped me alot. his teaching technique is perfect for me.

I have been looking for a private tutor for along time and all the previous tutors I had always wasted the hour and never got anything from them.

I'm doing a master degree and in subject that is different than Fionn but he was still able to help so dont worry if your subject different.

I will still continue the lessons with Fionn especially that his price is good for university students.
