About Alex
I’ve been a martial arts instructor for 12 years of my life so I’m no stranger to teaching, on top of that. I looked like I was 12 when I was 21 years old. I turned that around in the gym, and over the years, I’ve stayed consistent in my health and fitness. Even in downtime I’m able to create a regimen that keeps myself healthy. We can sit down and go over online coaching, in person, gym sessions. As well as as a tailored and personalized 4 to 6 week program made just for you. With online coaching, on top of the program, you’ll also get two Zoom sessions throughout that four weeks for progress updates, and I’m always available for any questions and help you’ll need
