About Charlotte
Hi, I’m Charlotte! So glad you’re here.
I’ve spent 10 years as a fully qualified teacher in primary schools — long enough to see some of my Year 1 pupils move all the way up to secondary! One thing I’ve learned is that everyone finds some things tricky sometimes, and that’s totally normal. When I was at school, Maths was my challenge!
In addition to my teacher roles, I have been:
- Phonics lead for two different schools,
- English lead,
- Wellbeing champion
- Mental health first aider
- SEND advisor
-Phonics trainer: training early reading and writing to school staff nationally and internationally
In our lessons, I’ll help those tricky bits feel easier by teaching in a way that suits you. My sessions are fun, creative, and full of encouragement. I love helping learners feel confident, proud, and excited about what they can do.
With me, mistakes are marvellous — they help your brain grow! You can try new things at your own pace and know you’ll always be supported.

Teaching is such a joy for me — there’s nothing better than seeing that spark in a person’s eyes when they realise they can do it! My teaching is all about the student. I take the time to get to know what motivates them, how they learn best, and what will make lessons both fun and meaningful. Every learner is different, and I love finding creative ways to help them feel confident and excited about learning.
