About Leana
I believe that the first step for any student and teacher relationship is to build a relationship of trust. Once a good relationship is established then students and teachers can work to accomplish academic, and other goals. It's also important to acknowledge that mistakes are a part of learning for everyone, including teachers and by accepting mistakes as opportunities to learn students can learn to grow as they work through hard things.
