In addition to my own athletic experience and continuous training, I can distinguish myself professionally through the following licenses:
• Personal trainer license
• Fitness trainer B license
• Nutritionist license
• Various other licenses / workshops In the fitness area
Apart from the technical competence to be able to support you in a targeted manner, it is above all important to me to awaken your enjoyment of exercise and your own motivation. This is the only way you can maintain a healthy lifestyle with a healthy body in the long term.

Hi,
I'm Rouven and I offer you individual personal training in Mainz and the surrounding area. My main focus is on healthy fitness training.
That means that we will work out a training plan that will help you achieve long-term goals with elements from mobility training, yoga, strength training, endurance training and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) Success leads.
I will always be at your side if you have any questions and will keep your motivation high. Depending on you and your needs, there are regular face-to-face appointments where we train together and I can monitor your progress.
