About Caila
A creative tutor...? Why not just use YouTube and Reddit?
There are some things the internet can't teach.
I see so many young, bright and brilliant designers who have forgone the principals of design because they learned from YouTube or their lessons were not engaging enough. I see parents who struggle to nurture this talent because the concepts are too foreign, the software expensive and the discipline not aligning with their more academic expectations.
I've worked on Oscar and BAFTA winning films, shows and games. My designs have reached the US, Japan and Australia. And I did it all straight after school.
But my main mission here is to bridge the gap between talented young designers and their work or University goals, with a professional and industry approach that schools and parents find difficult to harness.
I do not mark, grade or tell off. I guide, facilitate and feedback. I do not ask to Like and Subscribe. I champion creativity, and always want to see it blossom.

Caila can help!
For aspiring creatives and young artists, practice is power. But parents gloss, and teachers critique. I'm here to guide my students with a practical approach to preparing their Creative Art & Design skills, always with an industry perspective in mind. My best students are those who are looking to work straight after school.
With 6+ years in the industry and two years volunteering at my local LGBT youth group, I transformed my guidance into tutoring.
I offer up to 90-minute sessions, depending on the student's goals and budget. I hold a valid Enhanced DBS and welcome neurodivergence or students in alternative schooling.
