About Malia
With more than 4 years of teaching experience and over 1180 students successfully trained, I have worked with beginners, hobby musicians, examination candidates, and aspiring performers. My lessons focus on making learning enjoyable while ensuring steady technical and musical progress.
Many students have improved performance confidence, learned to play their favorite songs, participated in music events, and developed strong improvisation and composition skills. Several have progressed to advanced learning levels and achieved personal musical goals that once seemed difficult to reach.
My mission is to help learners enjoy every stage of their guitar journey while building technical ability, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

My guitar lessons are designed to help learners develop practical playing abilities while building a strong understanding of music. Training covers acoustic guitar, electric guitar, rhythm guitar, lead guitar, fingerstyle techniques, scales, chord progressions, improvisation, ear training, songwriting, music theory, and live performance preparation. Every lesson is adapted to suit the learner’s interests, experience level, and long-term goals.
Students participate in structured technique exercises, rhythm development activities, improvisation challenges, song analysis sessions, listening exercises, composition projects, and guided practice plans. Lessons focus on helping learners understand how music works so they can become independent and confident musicians rather than relying solely on memorization.
Advanced learners explore solo construction, advanced fingerstyle arrangements, recording preparation, stage performance strategies, musical interpretation, collaborative playing, professional repertoire development, and creative composition techniques. This comprehensive approach supports long-term musical growth and versatility.
