About Daria
I am an experienced education-focused academic specializing in Business, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, with over seven years of teaching excellence across undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA-level programs. My career is characterized by a commitment to pedagogical innovation, curriculum co-creation together with students, and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. My research investigates SME crisis management and decision-making under extreme uncertainty, directly informing my teaching practice with contemporary, evidence-based insights. I have led large cohorts (350+ students), managed teaching teams of at least 8 academic colleagues, designed innovative curricula, and published peer-reviewed research on student co-creation in entrepreneurship education. My teaching integrates real-world application through industry partnerships, bringing entrepreneurs and business leaders into the classroom to enhance authentic learning experiences.
