About Katrina
I have worked with children forever, well, since I was 18 doing summer camps and babysitting. I hold a degree in Elementary Education, with a concentration in Urban Education. I also hold two Masters Degrees , one in Library and Information Sciences and the other in Reading. This makes me a certified literacy coach and reading specialist by trade. I have elementary teaching experience in urban and suburban settings, and student teaching experience at all grade levels. I have been a school librarian for 8 years now, which I adore. I am passionate about education and literacy! Oh...and I love books!!!!

I am a well-rounded, highly educated person, who holds several degrees in education, with a concentration in library sciences, reading and urban education. I pride myself in my ability to teach skills to scholars so that they can be successful in our ever-changing world.
