About Stephen
"I am a professional musician and educator with over 17 years of experience in schools and a career that has taken me from the national charts to the stage of The Voice. My journey as a songwriter and performer has taught me that music is more than just the notes on a page; it’s a powerful tool for building self-esteem and resilience.
I want to teach because I am passionate about helping the next generation of musicians discover the same joy and confidence that music has given me. Whether I am guiding a student through their first piece, a guitar riff, or a vocal performance, my goal is to provide a supportive space where they feel empowered to take risks, develop their skills, and truly enjoy the creative process."
