About Yocelyn

I am a chef of international cuisine with a long history in 5 star great luxury hotels in Latin America and Spain. During my career years I have had the opportunity to delve deeply into: Latin cuisine (South American and Central American) Japanese cuisine (sushi and emblematic dishes of Japanese cuisine) Mediterranean cuisine, vegetarian-vegan cuisine and Indian cuisine.

About the lesson

My main objective is that you have fun and be proud @ of what you do, as much as if you don't know how to cook, as if you have experience. I can teach you from the most basic to avant-garde techniques of your interest. I rely on simplicity so that everyone can learn effectively. I want to give you techniques and methods that you can understand quickly and practically. For this we will do:
* Preparation of the class with the main interest of the student. From this, theory with the most important and clear points to quickly move into practice.
* Support material that includes:
Recipes / Tips / Explanation of ingredients and shopping tips. Etc.

Details

I travel up to 10km free. From 11 to 20km supplement of € 5. From 20km onwards the supplement will depend on the hours contracted.
* The ingredients of the preparations will be paid by the student for the face-to-face classes.
* Prices may drop depending on the number of participants.
